Mintas (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information about you.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details) and information generated by using the product (financial transaction data, integration credentials encrypted at rest with AES-256). We also collect anonymized usage analytics via PostHog.
We use your data solely to provide the Mintas service — bookkeeping, reporting, tax readiness, and CFO-level insights. We do not sell your data. We do not use your financial data to train AI models without explicit consent.
Financial integration credentials are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Bank connections are read-only. All data is stored in Neon Postgres with encryption at rest and in transit.
